Take clear photos of the plant and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery, especially if there is visible damage or health concerns.

Contact Our Plant Care Team

Email our support team with your order number and the photos; our experts will assess the plant's health to determine if a replacement is necessary.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirmation for a complimentary replacement shipment.

Eco-Friendly Disposal

In most cases involving live plants, we do not require you to ship the item back; we will provide instructions on how to compost or revive the plant instead.
